Grand Hotel Wagner Palermo

The Golden Grand Hotel of past times is a truly luxurious and decadent experience. The interior is beautifully designed with a touch of grandeur, transporting guests back to the golden era of European travel. The spacious suites are incredibly large, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The hotel's excellent location is just a few minutes' walk from the Opera of Palermo and the city's shopping areas. The attentive and helpful staff at the reception, including the two gentlemen and the lady who assisted with my husband's shoulder pain, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even organized transportation and injections to help alleviate his pain. In-room dining was delightful, with a charming gentleman ensuring our meals were delivered with care. The staff at this hotel truly made our stay extra special.

The bedroom was beautifully presented and clean. Despite a small size and street noise, the manager quickly resolved a mistake in my reservation. I recommend this hotel for its luxury and attentive service.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for six nights and were extremely pleased with our experience. The staff, particularly a young professional from Belgium, provided valuable information in multiple languages. The breakfast was superb and the Sicilian desserts offered were top quality. The room itself was like a royalty room, with meticulous decoration and elegant furniture. The high ceilings and cute balcony added to the charm. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city near shops, restaurants, and bars. the hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a truly elegant and memorable stay.

The hotel had beautiful old world decor and a charming, traditional atmosphere. The room was comfortable and the bed was super cozy. The staff went above and beyond to provide helpful recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The location was perfect, close to both the downtown area and the historic district. We loved being able to walk everywhere and explore the city. The breakfast on the 4th floor was amazing with a wide selection of delicious food and a lovely outdoor space.

Great location near the Opera House and old town markets. Luxurious room with excellent air conditioning and daily cleaning by friendly staff. Phenomenal breakfast with a calming atmosphere. Helpful concierge who arranged taxi pickup and provided reassurances for delayed baggage. Enjoyed valet parking service.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to all the major attractions which was very convenient for me as I could walk to almost all the places. The staff was very friendly and gave me excellent restaurant recommendations. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the breakfast provided had a great variety.

Nothing bad to say.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the tourist attractions and sightseeing spots. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom could use a little improvement, but it was clean and functional. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We also enjoyed the luxury of room service twice daily. a memorable experience.

One downside was that there was some street noise until late at night, but that's to be expected in such a vibrant city.

Nothing not to like.

The location of the hotel was great, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was very convenient for exploring the city. The decor of the hotel was unique and had an ancient feel to it, which added to the overall ambiance. The staff were friendly and helpful , , made us feel welcome.

There were some issues with the amenities at the hotel. The wifi initially had problems, but it was fixed afterwards.

This historic hotel boasts a central location, with easy access to the main tourist sites, and is just a short walk from the wonderful restaurant Bebop, which offers divine food and wine. The rooms are well decorated and very clean, and the staff are attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, and there are plenty of facilities on offer, including a fitness center and a residents bar.

It would have been nice to have more information about the local area and recommended excursions available from the concierge service.

the room was spacious and well, equipped with elegant decor and a comfortable bed. In, room breakfast was delivered promptly and tasted delicious. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable.

There was one minor issue with the Wi, fi connection.

We had a luxurious stay at this venue, fully enjoying the exclusive amenities provided. the room was spacious with grandiose decor and the in-room breakfast was magnificent. the bar/lounge area was chic and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. the location was ideal, closer to the monuments and far from the chaotic city center.

The sauna was a bit small, and we had to wait a while to use it. the impeccable service, the leisure/TV room, and the sun terrace more than made up for this minor inconvenience.

I had a grand experience at this hotel! The palazzo-style decor and beautiful furniture created an elegant ambiance. The beds and bathrooms were pristine, making it feel like I was the first to stay in them. The parking service was seamless, a relief after previous experiences in Florence. The staff was really good, taking excellent care of me throughout my stay. I loved exploring the sights of Palermo from this centrally located hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The only minor drawbacks were that the beds weren't the most comfortable and there weren't enough hangers in the wardrobe.
